By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
1. Use of Services
Kiki provides tools for:

Creating and managing gift registries (weddings, baby, housewarming, birthdays, etc.)

Managing events, guest lists, and RSVP responses
•
Sending invitations and sharing event pages
•
Discovering gift ideas and recommendations
•
Collecting and contributing to gifts or cash funds
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Account Registration & Responsibility

You must provide accurate and complete information
•
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
•
You are responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Registries, Events & RSVP
•
You may create registries and event pages and share them with others
•
You are responsible for all information you publish
•
You must have consent to share guest details
•
RSVP responses and guest data may be visible to event hosts
Kiki acts only as a platform to facilitate these features.
4. Payments & Contributions
•
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Cashfree, Razorpay, UPI partners)
•
Kiki does not store full payment details
Kiki is not responsible for:
•
Payment failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party providers
•
Disputes between users regarding contributions, gifts, or transfers
Users are responsible for:
•
Providing accurate payment and recipient details
•
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws
5. Discovery & Recommendations
Kiki may provide gift suggestions and recommendations based on user activity, preferences, and interactions within the app.
These recommendations are for convenience only, and Kiki does not guarantee their suitability.
6. User Content
You may upload or share content including:

Photos
•
Messages
•
Notes
•
Event or registry details
You retain ownership of your content but grant Kiki a limited, non-exclusive license to:
•
Host
•
Display
•
Operate and improve the Services
You agree not to upload or share content that is:
•
Illegal, harmful, or misleading
•
Infringing on others’ rights
7. Public Sharing
•
Registries and event pages may be accessible via shared links
•
You are responsible for how and with whom you share your content
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
•
Use Kiki for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
•
Impersonate any person or entity
•
Interfere with or disrupt the Services
•
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
•
You violate these Terms
•
We detect misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiki shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of funds due to user error or third-party payment failures
•
Issues arising from interactions between users
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
11. Changes to the Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
